At Limited Edition Vinyl Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record arrives damaged or is not as described, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Vinyl

  Place the record back in its original specialized mailer, ensuring the vinyl is removed from the sleeve to prevent seam splits during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
