How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers and bubble wrap. All limited edition records are shipped with the vinyl removed from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits during transit.
Are all your records brand new or used?
We specialize in both. Each product page clearly labels the item as 'New/Sealed' or 'Pre-owned'. All pre-owned records are professionally cleaned and graded using the Goldmine Standard.
Can I cancel a pre-order for a limited edition release?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the official release date. Once the shipping process has begun, the standard return policy applies.
What is your return policy for warped or defective records?
If your record arrives with a manufacturing defect or significant warp that affects playback, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are sent via tracked airmail to ensure your rare collectibles arrive safely and can be monitored every step of the way.
How can I verify the pressing edition of a record?
Every listing includes the specific catalog number, matrix runout information (where available), and color variant details to help collectors verify the exact pressing in our inventory.
